Don’t panic. Refrigerate your butter for about 15 minutes. It will solidify. The texture might change, but the nourishing value remains the same.

Though we try to maintain consistency as much as possible by using the same process for each batch, our natural ingredients were literally once living, breathing organisms. As such, they each have their own DNA and behavior patterns. Your precise textures may differ from one batch to the next, but should always be soft to the touch.

All of our manufacturing is in Baltimore, Maryland as strictly a commercial production lab. We are not a retail location. Unfortunately, we do not have the systems or staffing in place to accommodate order pick ups.

The shelf life is approximately 12 months for most products (although we are confident you will finish it long before then). To help maintain the longevity of your products, we recommend storing away from heat and sunlight in a cool place.

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. Returned items must be in original condition, unopened, touched, or altered in any way. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We will gladly issue a store credit in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file. Store credit can be used immediately and never expires. When returning, we recommend using a traceable service, such as USPS/UPS/FEDEX. Please also remember that you are responsible for return shipping charges.

CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, you have 24hrs to cancel.

Orders currently require 12-24 hrs of processing PRIOR to shipping (excluding holidays and weekends). This includes time needed to prepare and process the order to be shipped. Check back frequently because the processing times vary depending on the time of year.

All standard orders are shipped using UPS 1, 2 or 3 Day Select shipping; free shipping is available via UPS ground shipping for orders over $50.00. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed. Saturday door-to-door delivery is offered upon request for an additional fee depending on availability in your area.
